The newly signed contract with BEGA Group guarantees stability of work in the Szynaka Furniture Group

The owner of the Szynaka Furniture Group, President Jan Szynaka, signed another agreement on long-term cooperation with the Bega Group on 16.03.2022 in Lügde.

The Szynaka Furniture Group is the main partner and furniture supplier to the Bega Group, and in 2021 it achieved the total sales turnover of 1.2 billion PLN. More than 3500 employees at 8 plants produce and sell internationally recognised furniture with market demand. Both companies are family enterprises, mutual development is also based on a long-lasting friendship of Szynaka and Hilpert families. The Bega Group, consisting of 12 commercially profiled companies, achieved a turnover of EUR 622 million last year and is the largest company purchasing furniture in Poland and at the same time selling it mainly in Western Europe. The existing contract has been renewed for further 5 years, with plans for further turnover growth and development of new areas of furniture sale with the Szynaka-Meble brand. Both parties, Dieter and Thorsten Hilpert and Jan Szynaka condemned Russia’s criminal attack on Ukraine and confirmed their participation in independent and also joint aid actions for Ukraine, both for refugees and for Ukrainian citizens who are fighting the Russian aggressor in their country. Signing of new trade agreements at such a difficult time of war, which is taking place just across our border, testifies to an optimistic view of the future and to faith in the imminent establishment of lasting peace in Europe, with respect for the freedom and sovereignty of all nations, and of Ukrainians in particular.
