    This privacy policy sets out the rules for the processing and use of personal data of users (hereinafter referred to as “Users”) of the “Szynaka-Meble” website (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”), operated at www.szynaka.pl.

    The website is operated by Szynaka-Meble Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at 20 Dworcowa Street, 14-260 Lubawa, Poland (hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”), which acts as the controller of the personal data of the website users.

    The Administrator processes personal data for the purpose of operating the website. Data collection takes place, depending on the type of data, either at the initiative of the user or automatically.

If the required data is not provided, the User will not be able to register an account on the Service or place an order and conclude a sales contract with the Administrator.
