Szynaka Furniture Group and Bega Group celebrated the 10th anniversary of their cooperation.
On September 29, 2022, Szynaka Meble celebrated the 10th anniversary of cooperation with the German Bega Group. Today, Szynaka Meble is the main partner and furniture supplier to the German Bega Group, which distributes products from the Szynaka Group in Western Europe (mainly Germany, France, Austria and Switzerland). A decade of cooperation was an opportunity for mutual thanks, memories and congratulations. Both the Szynaka Furniture Group and the Bega Group are family businesses, their mutual development is based on great respect and heartfelt friendship between the Szynaka and Hilpert families. In 2021, the companies reached a total turnover of more than 350 million zloty.
During the ceremony, President Jan Szynaka, recalled landmark moments, revived common memories and expressed gratitude to guests and employees for their contribution and involvement in the development of both companies. 10 years of cooperation with Bega is proof of trust and confirmation of the high quality of our products and services. As we know the expectations and needs of our German Partner, every day we make every effort to use the latest technologies to produce in our plants the highest quality furniture, dedicated to Western customers. Cooperation with Bega Group is more than business, every day we support each other in the daily pursuit of mutual development of our companies. Especially in these difficult times, strong partnerships based on friendship are a guarantee of reciprocal success .
In his speech, Dieter Hilpert explained that he has had business relations with Polish companies for 50 years. The BEGA Group, founded in 1999, concentrates its purchasing activities in Poland. More than 70% of the BEGA Group’s sales come from Polish production. With a purchase volume of more than 300 million euros, the BEGA Group is the largest seller of Polish furniture in Germany.
During the ceremony, Dieter Hilpert, founder and Chairman of the Advisory Committee of the Bega Group, received from the hands of Warmińsko-Mazurskie Voivode Artur Chojecki – the Cross of Merit of Poland for his contribution to the Polish furniture industry, the highest award that the President of Poland can bestow on foreigners.
Employees of the Szynaka Meble Group and the Bega Group were awarded commemorative diplomas and statuettes during the ceremony, in gratitude for their contribution and involvement in the development of both companies. The Jubilee meeting was highlighted by a festive dinner in the banquet hall of Mortęgi Palace and a dance party that lasted until dawn.
