Returns and complaints
We care about customer satisfaction and the highest level of service; therefore, customers who are not satisfied with the condition of the received goods may submit complaints directly to the seller. Claims may be made under statutory warranty for defects (a claim against the seller) as well as under a guarantee (a claim against the guarantor). Statutory warranty is governed by the Civil Code, while the guarantee is governed by the warranty card. Furniture service is provided within the country.
