The European Medal is a nationwide competition, organised under the patronage of the European Economic and Social Committee in Brussels, during which products and services of the highest European quality are rewarded. The European Medal is a recommendation granted to selected products and services by the European Economic and Social Committee, the most important institution for entrepreneurs operating at the European Commission. It is a nationwide, non-commercial undertaking aimed at promotiion of Polish products on the European market. The European Medal is awarded to products and services that meet European standards. They must meet the legally required standards and have the relevant licences and patents. The dynamics of the company and the awards and certificates it has won are also important in the assessment.
