This is also reflected in the \u201c100 Women in Business 2020\u201d ranking – this year’s winners are managers who efficiently lead teams both offline and online, provide them with a sense of community and security, and do not create anachronistic divisions based on age or gender of employees. They are modern, they take full advantage of digital change, and at the same time they are able to empathise and recognise merit. Where others meet insurmountable obstacles, Businesswomen succeed. The criteria for participation in the ranking were stringent and the winners are selected in a multi-stage process. Participation was open to women holding the posts of board members or CEOs whose companies showed positive sales and profit value dynamics in the period 2018 -2019. The company they manage also needs to be highly regarded in the business community and have a good reputation. <\/p>\n\n
